Praise God for giving such clear answers today at the doctor's, and that everything is not as serious as we had thought... sort of. :)
Jackson: He has a pretty bad stomach virus that simply has to run it's course. A lot of throwing up, not a lot of eating, and some other pretty nasty things I'll leave out of here have been his life for the past 8 days. Apparently a lot of this particular type of virus is going around, and it should be over soon. He had a little spunk today, and was able to keep down a few bites here and there. This is a huge improvement! Also found out that he has an ear infection in both ears - he's never complained about it, even when we ask, and has showed no signs of having one. Hopefully this will pass quickly and will not need treatment.
Hayden: Looks like he has some remnants of croup that are showing up in a slightly different way. Sometimes he shows signs of getting what Jackson has, so PLEASE PRAY that he is protected from it! If he gets the same virus Jackson has, he will need to go back to the hospital. Otherwise, we'll sit out the croup. We got to bring home this cool nebulizer, so if he begins to have difficulty breathing, we can give him treatments at home rather than going to the ER. Woohoo!! I feel like we're getting drugs off the black market or something.
Thank you, thank you for praying! God has answered in marvelous ways, and we look forward to seeing Him answer our prayers for COMPLETE healing soon! :)
